It’s Not About Living Longer, It’s About Living Deeper

What are your thoughts on the concept of living a very long life?

Honestly, I don’t romanticise the idea of living a very long life just for the sake of it. Length doesn’t impress me—depth does. I care more about how alive I feel in my years than how many of them I collect.

A long life with constant stress, emotional baggage, or pretending to be someone I’m not sounds exhausting. But a life where I’m growing, unlearning, feeling peaceful, connected, and free in my own mind? That’s worth stretching.

I’d rather live a life where I’m present, evolving, and honest with myself—even if it’s not endless—than live forever on autopilot. For me, a good life isn’t about surviving longer; it’s about living consciously, at my own pace, on my own terms.
